Girginer Oto Endüstri has officially launched its IFS project, to be carried out under the consultancy of Egeria, with the aim of strengthening business processes and supporting its growth targets.
The first milestone of the project—the Kick‑Off Meeting—took place on May 10, 2024, with broad participation. Attendees included Girginer’s senior executives, the project team and key users, alongside representatives from IFS Turkey and Egeria’s project team and management. During the meeting, the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the IFS project were outlined, and the roles and responsibilities of the project team were defined. The go‑live for the three‑phase project is scheduled for March 2025.
To foster team spirit and collaboration, a ceremonial cake cutting was held, giving all teams an opportunity to get to know one another better.
For Girginer, the IFS project represents a significant step in its renewal process, supporting the company’s vision and growth objectives. As IFS Turkey’s first solution partner with over 100 successful projects since 2007, Egeria will bring its experience and expertise to the Girginer ERP initiative.
