IFS Cloud Is Strengthening Its Artificial Intelligence Capabilities.

The latest release of IFS Cloud continues our mission to help customers in our key industries build agile, intelligent, and autonomous organizations.

With this update, we’ve integrated the capabilities of IFS.ai—our recently launched AI architecture—into IFS’s broad product portfolio and industry‑specific solutions. This fusion of artificial intelligence empowers customers to simulate, optimize, and automate industry‑specific business processes across their entire enterprise, driving greater efficiency as they manage both people and assets.

In today’s rapidly changing macroeconomic environment, companies must respond swiftly, effectively, and sustainably—improving agility and adaptability to ensure long‑term success. Investing early in digitalization allows organizations to leverage technologies like AI more quickly, boosting operational performance and productivity.

IFS Cloud’s latest release remains focused on three strategic pillars:

  1. Optimize Your Workforce, Assets, and Services
IFS Cloud leverages AI, machine learning, IoT, and automation to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance compliance across people, assets, and service operations.

    • Combine cross‑enterprise insights with intelligent automation to maximize capacity utilization (Production Scheduling & Optimization, ERP).

    • Increase throughput, scale volumes, reduce costs, and improve quality (Smart Automation in Manufacturing, ERP).

    • Enhance order fulfillment, productivity, and customer service levels (Supply Chain Management, ERP).

    • Minimize IT overhead by preventing maintenance delays (Aerospace Maintenance).

    • Maximize technician efficiency and reduce costs with first‑time‑fix optimization (Field Service Scheduling & Optimization).

  2. Connect Global Operations
By breaking down data and operational silos, IFS Cloud aligns and connects teams across your enterprise—helping you identify risks and opportunities in real time. Our latest enhancements continue to reduce downtime and complexity while improving customer service.

    • Integrate critical offshore maintenance data to streamline on‑ and off‑shore operations (EAM).

    • Employ process automation across the financial value chain for reliable, efficient service delivery (Service Management).

    • Simplify complexity and cut costs with Adobe–IFS integration—enabling rapid, secure electronic signature workflows (Asset Management).

  3. Profitably Achieve ESG Goals
Designed to help you meet environmental, social, and governance targets transparently and profitably, IFS Cloud now delivers richer insights for progress tracking, component reuse, cost reduction, and revenue growth.

    • Gain ESG‑focused dashboards on energy use, material consumption, and DEI metrics for more informed decision‑making (IFS Cloud Dashboards).

    • Monitor sustainability progress accurately and easily (IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker).

    • Reuse components in your manufacturing process to lower costs and embrace circular‑economy practices (Supply Chain, ERP).

Christian Pedersen, IFS Chief Product Officer, explains:
